Is beauty only skin deep?

i am not beautiful and it is very offputting


i dont apply makeup and all coz i am just 15


it has affected many spheres of my life...plz some help if u all can?

Is beauty only skin deep?
That is so not true...beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. For example, someone I think is beautiful my friend probably thinks is ugly.


And if you're funny, outgoing etc you'll be popular with your peers because they'll like hanging out with you. If you were gorgeous but dull and boring, people wouldn't care.


Just relax and be yourself!

It's difficult today for girls to see themselves as pretty when there is such an emphasis placed on beauty in the media and from friends. Many of these standards are impossible to reach and women make themselves crazy trying to reach them. This can be really damaging to your mental health if you take this approach.





Maybe try and find yourself some down to earth, supportive, nice friends who aren't superficial. You could be yourself around them and not have to worry about how you look.





Ignore what the media and the world tells you about beauty. What is considered beautiful changes every day and throughout history. Learn to see yourself as beautiful and respect yourself for who you are. Forget what others say. It's hard to do this, especially at first. But you'll be a much better, happier person if you can.
