Beauty is in the eye of the beholder %26amp; what may seem beautiful to one may not be to the other.
If we know beauty is skin deep, why do we fall for the illusion?
we can blame victoria's secret for that..
Reply:Vanity.
Reply:I rather look at the smooth skin than look at a bloody network of muscle and sinews, tissue and organs all in situ.
Reply:because ppl. are blind! beauty is just an illusion, and real beauty comes from within a person!
Reply:Because our minds/eyes/hearts play tricks on us...
Reply:just because everyone has a little bit of shallowness in them
Reply:The nature of the beast!
Reply:choice
Reply:men can only think with one head at a time...
guess which one we use the most
Reply:because thats the law
Reply:part primal, part social engineering.
Reply:It's just what we do. It's in our blood as humans.

Reply:because humans are obbsessed with image
Reply:It's the nature/natural debasement of man (woman) to want what is 'pretty' and 'fine'; to have what is considered excellent and untouchable on our arms- to have someone else 'desire' what we have. Strictly the deepest greed and selfishness of mankind. This is not to say that those who are beautiful cannot be 'deep' in their thoughts and spirits, their caring for people, etc., but the really, really, pretty people spend a lot of time making themselves that way because they know a certain percentage of men and women will 'pay' the price for having 'that'.
Reply:I don't feel like peeling anyone like a banana to see there beauty
Reply:because its not an illusion. its skin deep, as you said. as long as ur little princess doesn't get into a car accident, get burned in a fire or get old, ur gold.
Reply:because most people beleive that what you see is what you get. thus, people fall for things that look nice, instead of things that are nice.
Reply:who says i fell for the illusion? i fell for the personality and the sweetest guy ever! that and people just wanna experience it even though we know how it will end!
Reply:we can blame the amish girls in the sackcloth for that.
Reply:because we can't help it...we are human...we make mistakes
